Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How We Ship
Shipping is via Australia Post Parcel Post with Signature on Delivery. CAHMA will endeavour to post your item within 2 business days of your order being processed. You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been lodged.
Because a signature is required, someone will need to be available at the delivery address to sign for your artwork. If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a card and your parcel can be collected from your local post office.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are as per Australia Post’s standard Parcel Post estimates and vary depending on your location. Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and CAHMA cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Damaged in Transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the artwork and its packaging (see our Refunds & Returns Policy). Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in this policy.
